Horizon Marketing & Research, Inc. was formed in North Carolina in 2000. After specializing in Respiratory Disease Management products and services for a number of years, Horizon Marketing and Research introduced its Diabetes Management Initiative in 2009 and adopted the name Horizon MedCorp. Since then, the number of products and services offered by Horizon has continued to grow. The Akeso Diabetic Sock is the latest in Horizon's effort to bring innovative ideas to market for the benefit of the patient.
